"Gorgeous tropical setting and friendly staff, but significantly overpriced"

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and exactly what you would expect from a tropical escape. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are spotless, and the breakfast is delicious. We especially loved lounging by the pools in such a gorgeous setting.

The price is quite steep; I feel these are significantly overpriced.

Fantastic location right on the beach coastline. They have buffet breakfast lunch and dinner which was FANTASTIC.

Only thing was customer service was a little slow but other than that the place was amazing

"When I was moved to the other side. The ‘block’ it seemed more like the hoteli booked and money was well spent.breakfast"

On my arrival I was extremely disappointed with the room. However the reception staff did their best to change my room to the tower block and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing.

The other side of the property was outdated and seemed as though I was staying in a cheap apartment. It smelt quite damp and I could see mosquitoes in the room. A huge disappointment was when I was leaving there was a man called Daniel who claimed to work for the labadi. He charged 200 cede from Labadi to La Palm. I felt ripped off and that was disappointing. For a 1 min drive.
