Our suite had a kitchen, patios, great air conditioning…..but the best part, was the private plunge pool!!! Fantastic after a day at the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

New, beautiful, comfortable

That stuff started to clean very early … check out was 11:30 and they started to appear in the window around 9 Look photo.

We loved the style of the room and bathroom, minimalistic and the bed was comfy and air conditioning worked really well.

The balcony door to our room didn’t have a lock, so we didn’t sleep that well knowing the doors were open and our belongings weren’t 100% safe during the day when we were out. The hotel isn’t on a main road, but isn’t totally secure. One of the nights we barely slept because of local dogs next door barking all night.

YAM Hotel in Mazunte was perfectly located, very central, and the owner was incredibly friendly. She/ He was always available via WhatsApp and gave great tips for exploring Mazunte. The room was spacious, air-conditioned, and quiet. Everything was within walking distance, which was very convenient.

However, the shower was a bit disappointing – the water pressure was very low, making it hard to wash off the sand, and it was difficult to regulate the temperature (it was either too hot or too cold). Other than that, everything else was great and we had a wonderful stay!

No breakfast included. Location to was to all in town. Walkable.

The memory foam pillows weren't comfortable, though I understand that is a personal preference.

Very carefully decorated hotel, minutes from the Main Street. My room was very large and beautifully designed, with a nice balcony with sea view. Friendly staff, they let me leave my stuff in the room before check-in and at reception after checkout.

Reception was rarely manned during my stay. However they’re very responsive on WhatsApp, so it didn’t cause any issue. However if you do leave your luggage at reception after checkout, bear in mind it’s not controlled. The path and stairs leading to the property could use more lights at night, but it’s probably a work in progress.

Everything about it was great. Staff very helpful!!

The bathroom could be nicer, it’s just one room with a poor showerhead. Lots of space for a beautiful bathroom to match the other facilities
