YAM HOTEL

Comfortable bed and pillow, spacious, privacy, nice view and great location.

Some minor details. The lighting in the bathroom was not finished, we had to ask for new toilet paper / coffee.

Great hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful design, outdoor kitchen and blender and the air conditioning was a life saver. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, letting us check in early and checkout late and ordered us a taxi when we left. We had the lovely end room with large patio that kept cool with a fan and plunge pool. Enjoyed watching the birds from the hammock and swing. It felt set back enough from the road, but easy to get to shops and beach.

Great property and location

Only issue we faced was that we weren’t able to get in contact with the host at one point when needed urgently. But we spoke and this was resolved the next day!

Super place in Mazunte. Just off the main road but felt like it was in the middle of nature and without any noise from the street. The room is beautifully decorated and very clean. The air-conditioning and hot water worked well. The staff are very nice and accommodating to checking in early, storing bags, etc. Last minute-deal made it a great option for the price.

The shower flooded a bit with its open design, but there was hot water and good pressure (very rare in the area!) so I definitely couldn't complain. Water is a huge issue in the dry season so the fact that it worked at all is a luxury!

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the bed was the most comfortable we had in Mexico, the location is great, the personal plunge pool was amazing, the TV was great. Couldn't fault it

The pools were all maintained well & very clean. Beds were comfortable. Area is quiet. Mostly had hot water.

Entry way is very dark & treacherous, it really needs lighting. It's hard to find, as you can't see signage from the street. Scorpions in the room. LOL. Housekeeping could be more diligent. Our room had previous guests garbage in it.

We loved the amazing outside space with our own little plunge pool surrounded by beautiful plants. We also loved the interior design of our studio. It was super spacious and well maintained. The hotel team were really friendly and welcoming and communication was really easy.
