FURAHA BEACH ROOMS

Great location on the beach- awesome views of sunset. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and good value. The free breakfast was the most generous I’ve ever had- delicious!

Best breakfast we had in Zanzibar! The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the place has a great location on the beach.

There is a lot of noise in the evening, people talking, music, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the rooms are not very soundproof.

Dorice was a great host. The location is right on the beach and the price is great. Nothing I could complain about.

the staff were the highlight, everyone was so friendly, especially Doris! the food at the restaurant was so tasty and fresh, we ended up eating here most of our meals. highly recommended

Nice place, good location, definitely has style. Plenty of activities available directly there (including scuba diving, dolphine swimming etc). The staff are really friendly and extremely nice and will help you in any way they can.

I am no giant , but the bed was quite short.

The things that are best about the hotel are the location, the people, and the breakfast. The rooms are also very cute and is basically on the beach. The restaurant/bar is very convenient and the food is good. Doris was a great host! There is 24 hour security. This place is very cost efficient and is greater for a strategic traveler like myself and would highly recommend for someone who will be doing lots of activities outside the room and want a safe place to keep your things and a nice place to shower.

So, the electricity does go out. It comes back on shortly after the generator kicks on. I am a light sleeper and this happened more than once overnight during my stay and was enough to wake me up. The bed also was slightly harder than I usually like for my personal preference but I will still able to sleep. I didn’t have a problem with the AC/fan combo but if you like it very very cold I would not recommend this place. The temperature is comfortable.

The accomodation has really friendly and polite manager Doris, she told us everything. Breakfast was extra in this accomodation, a la carte, Juice, coffee... Also nice view. They offer for free private sunbeds. Nice location, few minutes to the beach.

Pool would be a great upgrade for this accomodation. You cannot have the breakfast on the most beautiful part of restaurant, this is only reserved for outside guests. There were spaces below doors and all the noisiness from outside could be heard. Some body lotions would be also great upgrade od this accomodation.

All staffs are very kind and friendly. In Furaha beach rooms, you can find everything such as room, restaurant, bar, activity, beach deck, massage, etc.
