FURAHA BEACH ROOMS

All staffs are very kind and friendly. In Furaha beach rooms, you can find everything such as room, restaurant, bar, activity, beach deck, massage, etc.

A place with character, right on the best beach, with the kindest, most helpful staff you could ever want to find. Good food, charming decor, perfect location, but most of all you feel very well taken care of.

There are frequent power failures, but the hotel generator kicks in right away. It would be nice to have a fridge, but it wasn't so important since you can use the one in the kitchen.

Furaha means happiness, and that’s exactly what we felt during our 4-night stay at Furaha Beach Rooms. After 15 days of camping in Uganda, we were seeking a peaceful place to relax and recharge, and Furaha Beach Rooms turned out to be the perfect spot. Our experience started even before check-in, when Dorice reached out with detailed instructions on how to get to the property. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Dorice with a refreshing glass of fresh juice, and she later gave us a tour of the place. I’m not sure what the actual definition of paradise is, but Furaha Beach Rooms comes incredibly close. The place radiates positive energy, and its location is absolutely stunning—right on the white sand beach and just steps away from the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. There’s no shortage of activities to enjoy, with options like scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, and jet skiing, all available to book directly at the property. The on-site bar and restaurant are a central part of the experience. The rooms are just behind the bar and restaurant, with breakfast served in the restaurant. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was phenomenal. There was an excellent variety, including cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruits, and more. For us, the perfect way to start each day was with a swim in the ocean followed by a hearty breakfast. We also opted for dinner at the restaurant, primarily for its convenience, but mostly because the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes, which were fresh and flavorful. We found the bar and restaurant prices a bit high but still reasonable. A big thank you to Dorice and the entire team at Furaha Beach Rooms for making our stay so memorable. We can’t recommend it enough as a place to unwind and experience true happiness.

There were always ravens near the property, whose loud cries made relaxing a bit more difficult. But I wouldn’t attribute that to the accommodation.

Breakfast was enjoyable with good choices

The staff were very warm, helpful and welcoming. An amazing location on the beach and a great place to chill out. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

The place has a really good vibe, from the moment you step into the place you get greeted and orientated with the utmost kindness. The food is really good and the breakfast ridiculously good. The ocean in front is quiet and some of the best in the world

Doris is the best manager you can meet. So kind, happy and nice! The rooms are cute and the restaurant is very good. I recommend to stay at Furaha!

Despite me arrriving 11.30pm I was greeted with a mango juice and smiles. The attentiveness and friendliness carried on throughout my stay. The location was great- tucked away with magnificent views. Lots to do organised by the hotel Food was great- breakfast plentiful. Rooms large with air con and fan. Ambience was very much relaxed vibe.
