Very bad place to stay with your family and kids. No help was provided from staff. won't go there ever again!

Noisy nightclub the floor right above us. No baby bed provided. the staff didn't help moving in our bags. not speaking English so communication was very difficult. I would rather pay more than going to this hotel again. Please do not go and support such a cheap hotel. Should be 1 or 2 stars maximum. I hated my stay because of almost everything. The best thing was that I tried NOT to stay in the hotel during the day but I had 3 kids with me (one of them is 6-months old).

Air conditioning, location, fridge

Toilet flush was not working, staff gave us a bucket instead. Receptionist had no uniform and asked unnecessary questions to the stage that we we were not sure if he is actual staff. No specific opening times for swimming pool. Manager could not speak English and ignored our concerns Hotel poorly maintained Restaurant staff offered no help during breakfast, no refill for 3 finished items No possibility to have warm milk for coffee Top shower not working in our room Wifi not working

I ordered non-smoking room, but the room still smells smoke

The staff was nice.

The area is small and the hallway is narrow, the hotel needs renovations. The room that I reserved was very small and the toilet flashing is not working!
