The location

Late check in arrangement upon arrival. We requested for Twin beds and was informed OK but yet we were given Double beds. The WIFI connection was so painful and difficult as it took several steps to connect and we had to chase and calls for kettle and coffees and tea sachets To conclude everything wasn’t ready when we arrived even tho we booked months earlier.

the personel was really not professional , when we arrived they couldn't find our booking , we stayed more than 40 minutes in the lobby at 1 am they didnt have cards to open the rooms , so we had problems for the electricity that we solve ourselves. We paid more than the price i booked,and the next morning the personnel was still not kind , they asked us the room card , that we never got .... last time !

I like the staff specially Mr.Volcan who was fully cooperative when the standard room was meet my expectations. He tried his best to satisfy me by offering upgrade with good value. The hotel have good car parking and close to many needful areas.

The hotel need more effort to do major cleaning to all parts starting from the lobby throughout the lift till the rooms. Some areas in the hotel have bad smell and even in the rooms. Old furnitures, room toilets not tidy at all. Not recommended to book it with breakfast.
