Nice welcome and very helpful staff at this place They ordered a take away for me Good communication and very close to the train station

it was super expensive and didn't meet my expectations at all...

it is super expensive, it should be around 20-25USD a night. The hotel doesn't worth in terms of what you pay... If one is paying 55-65 USD a night then the hotel management should at least provide facilities and comfort to that level... but it was poorly managed, tiny congested rooms, photos look completely different from what I have seen with my naked eyes...

I give a star to the location and one star to the staff. Volkan did his best to offer some comfort and compensation after a very bad experience. Sela was also nice and cheerful

1- The hotel manipulates the exchange rate. My booking was for 10 nights for €607.5 however when I arrived they offered me a different number in Liras equal to €695. I objected but they said that this is a different rate that they deal with. I raised the issue to Booking and they referred me back to the hotel which replied the same. I know for a fact that hotels in Turkey are not allowed to manipulate the currency rate but obviously who has the time to go through a legal process in 10 days. 2- If that was not enough the bathroom had a horrible smell coming from the shower drain an their solution was to kill it with a ton of cheap air freshener that would stick for hours and cause irritation to eyes and throat. 3- There was water leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom above the toilet There is mold everywhere in the bathroom and in the room 4- The non smoking room is a joke. On weekends the place becomes a destination for party goers and the smoke comes through the vents and no way to stop even if you open windows

Pool, spa, personnel, location

Kitchen, in my opinion, was not good enough. And refrigerator was broken.
