Gem in Papanui Christchurch

L'appartement est spacieux, très propre, situé près d'un centre commercial. Avec un petit jardin agréable. Le quartier est calme.

Il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine ( sets de table et plats). Chambres non climatisées, il faisait chaud à l'étage.

While I believe the extra cleaning charges that could be applied were valid. I believe these should have been made apparent in the listing, prior to booking. Disappointed to receive a call after we checked out about "broken things". These were like that prior to our arrival. Next time I booking a place like this if things are broken upon our arrival I will contact the owner immediately and take photos to save any stress. Careful if you park in the garage, the neighbors have a habit of fully blocking the driveway

Lovely comfy beds and great kitchen and bathrooms. Nice having the extra toilet downstairs. Lots of power points in the rooms. Liked the courtyard out the front to sit outside. Very handy to shops and restaurants

Unit had a funny smell ( I think it was the cleaning products used).

Well presented and equipped. Supplied with a superb selection of food and drinks, coffee capsules, 1l milk and fruit.

While sleeping upstairs, it felt like there were earthquakes happening. Turned out the house shakes slightly as heavy vehicles cross bumps in the nearby main road. No facecloths supplied, which was disappointing. Almost impossible to park a car in the garage due to insufficient room between the garage and another unit opposite.
