The whole place is very spacious, and the lounge is very comfortable, and as a nice touch complete with built-in bluetooth speakers for the TV / music.

"Good value find, and great it accepts short breaks"

Plot was in a quiet location away from main road and site entrance. Whole site is well kept, tidy and has secure area for exercising dogs, next to play area so convenient if also have younger children to keep an eye on. Main bedroom very comfortable with plenty of storage. Lounge also good size. Helpful to have towels & things like washing up liquid provided. Outdoor decking had secure gate, table & chairs (& no seagulls trying to steal food). Site is close enough to Barnstaple to get some fast food deliveries eg Dominos. Useful as there’s no on site cafe/restaurant

Shame there’s no path to walk from site to the garden centre or nearest pub.

"A Quiet Spot Excellent To Tour From"

Our large caravan was excellent and importantly for us quiet, the last one on the row, not far away from amenities though. The owner provided clear instructions of where to go to and a key access number. We are going to return.

No Reflection on The Caravan or Caravan Owner, however my wife arrived at reception and found the receptionist, lacking in customer facing skills
