Spacious and staff the receptionist are so loving and respectful

The bathroom had a leakage on the pipe of the toilet and the showers need a glass door it makes everywhere dirty

Absolutely NOTHING

Since we got there we struggled nearly everyday to enter the building cause our faces kept declining even tho we were staying there .the host doesn’t care about how dirty the bedsheets get, or the apartment …no cleaning crew what so every…they only came the day before our check and only dropped of soap and changed the be sheets everything else was left like that .talk about the hin? No new bin bags to replace the old one..electricity wasn’t being updated and it just switched off which makes sense because they only loaded 26 units since I got there . Everything in the apartment is f’d up !!!

"Worst booking ever due to unprofessional handling of queries."

The place is beautiful, neat. The reception and security personnel are very polite and helpful.

The unit was on the 16th floor and it was nice and clean. The problem was that the window doesn't close and the door doesn't lock feom the inside. I reported this to the agent, who told me blatantly that there's nothing g he could do, after a lot of back and forth. They could not refund, book me elsewhere or even send their maintenance people ro fix the problem, which was what I would have appreciated. Eventually, after calling Booking.com to report, I tried to call them again as they had been avoiding my calls, a a staff member that had just got on duty responded and told me to go to their office, which was in Woodstock, and mind you, I'm not feom Cpt and do not know the area. I got an Uber that took me there, and they booked me in a room, which was a far downgrade but I appreciate the room because I was exhausted, having travelled the whole night the previous night from the EC. The room was moist, smelling as such, such that my bag had snail trail marks in the morning. I called reception to ask for an iron and they told me to go go to an iron g station close to reception area, only to be told when I got there that the area was getting renovated and the iron had been taken off the wall. I'm now sitting infront of my client on wrinkled clothes and very embarrassed.

Location

The admin staff are absolutely clueless. They are disorganised, they take hours to get back to you, calls and whatsapps go unanswered, no working TV remote in the room so I couldn't watch TV or even turn it off. Advised them and I had my message ignored. Office staff at all the low budget accommodation of city club are all exactly the same. Uninterested, rude and clueless on what customer service is

I liked the location and the kindness of the stuff , my room was excellent.

I didn't like the treatment from the people you call for access to the key, they should respond faster , I waited for more than an hour , waiting for their call.
