The property is nothing like the pictures they attached on booking.com , dirty furniture (Couch and table was broken), the room and the building smell so bad I told the caretaker and he only responded “noted” . Shower had no soup,shower caps and everything. Old cooking pots , Tv is only playing unknown channels, no wifi

The place was not up to the standards as they advertise , bad and poor communication from the get go and before I even went to the apartment. I just had a very bad bad experience from this agency

I was denied entry after paying this as a scam till today noe is accountable for my funds. i slept on the streets

Spacious room

Not properly cleaned,only 1 toiletroll for 2 nights, dirty cups in cupboard ,dirty floor and bedding did not smell clean,, microwave not cleaned,fishy smell when I entered the room, Reception was not helpfull Did not recieve my damage deposit back,will not book again..seems like it's a F1 hotel

The view was very nice and it was quiet

We booked like 2 hours before then they didn't sent us the massage with our apartment number, when we arrived we stayed at the reception for about an hour for them to book us in. The TV was not working and the was no air conditioner there was only a dirt fan that was broken also

Before I checked in, they made me pay R200, supposedly a guarantee for the keys, the next day, I checked out, gave the keys and asked for my money back, they said they would transfer it to my account. And still no money. I wrote to them on WhatsApp several times but I have not received any response from them, that is, they stole this money from me.

Nothing, the worst apartment ever, it should be brought down from booking

Everything, doesn’t smell nice, no working WiFi, no electricity and they wouldn’t refund the damage deposit I made even after they supervised the apartment and there was no damage whatsoever

Property was clean

No aircon or Fan Toilet has no ventilation Bed squeak when turning around
