The nice persons at the reception and the security gay. They were helpful

I have trouble with the link to pay the deposit the people at the office was not helpful The 2 persons at the reception help me very nicely They call the office to help me with the payment of the deposit.

I stayed at the Four Seasons a few times, this was my fith time, the only good thing about our trip was that we love the four season building, the location close to everything we enjoy, and the front desk staff and security are brilliant and so friendly, as I said it was our fith time but our first time in this apartment and I will never choose this specific apartment again, the other 4 previous apartments we stayed at through booking.com and lekkerslaap and Airbnb was comfortable clean and the commutation was great, this host has no idea what it is to give good guest commutation or service, im really sorry I'm not one to EVER complain but this experience was terrible

I was already in cape town in the middle of traffic trying to find out where we staying (if I've known it was at that specific four season I would have driven there directly) but I was informed that I need to send all my documents needed before I get my location, I did that in the late night early morning already, got a response on whatsap so yes great we drive.. on our way I was arguing with the host refusing to give me my direction because he didn't receive any documents so eventually after I shouted at him that I'm busy driving and I don't know where I'm going he whatsap me from a different number, firstly I thought I was being scammed immediately cause why use a different number and the guy speaking to me seemed like he can barely speak English, so I message him and yes i became frustrated and rude cause by then it was already almost 15h00 and I still don't know where to go, then he insisted I make a deposit for breakage fee BEFORE he send me my book in details, now I'm totally freaking out, cause I needed my medication I have hypertension and I needed a bed to lay down and he did not care, no apologies nothing, just kept on saying I must pay the deposit first. Out of more frustration I paid the deposit and then I received my check in details... still no apologies for keeping me in traffic along side a busy road in need of my medication waiting for check in details... he just sent the details and said enjoy your stay! The host surely has no respect for hospitality or his guests, i own a hotel myself and I will never treat my guests like this... it spoiled our whole trip, this trip was our date weekend away from work as a couple to get away from work stress and home and our weekend started of with huge stress because of this. I complained at booking.com customer service and not even they cared.

There was extra toilet paper for a stay of 4 nights. The windows couldn't open at all and the checkin process was shocking to say the least

"I'm really not happy about this place"

Nothing much, well the rooms are nice but it's just ordinary. Some shelves are Old and broken, not enough facilities in the house. Just only two towels which is really not good at all compared to the other places I've been.

A lot actually and I was really upset, the windows were very dirty, the kitchen was really damaged. And they asked me to deposit 200 for the damage and staff which I did then they promised to give it back. I have checked out 3 days ago and they haven't given it back. I tried to call them but they been answering and ignoring not even responding. Guys really consider booking this place. What they do their Guest is really horrible especially what they did to me. I'm not happy

"Unprofessional and false marketing."

The location.

The reception was very rude and not helpful regarding their so called pre-check in damage fee payment and threatening not to send check in instructions despite the booking been confirmed. The room advertised had different furniture, a washing machine and appeared to be a certain standard. But the room we got did not look anything like what was advertised, cupboard handles where broken and loose and the bathroom flushing leaver didn't function properly.
