The Kitchen utensils no enough pots the pots are old and dirty most of the utensils were not clean and available.

Bed & location was good

Poor maintenance, everything was broken.

Room was reeking of body odour. Room and bedding was not clean. R200 breakage deposit that was repaid. (Scam).

View was that of an unfinished building. No work happening on the building to complete it.

There is nothing to like about this property. The photos do not represent the apartment. Furniture was dirty and broken. Mismatch of crockery. Cleanliness wanting. Poor communication from property managers. No remote provided for parking garage. No aircon which is essential in an apartment which is in the city.

You can't sleep in a city with the window open as this is the only means for airflow to the apartment. Where is the aircon? Furniture filthy and the bedside table broken.
