Nothing, it’s a shame that it is still on Booking.com

It is a serious occupational hazard. It is disgusting to say the least. It’s is filthy, nothing works and not fit for occupation. Reported broken items as I checked in and the listing Manager accused me of breaking them , and that he will use the copy of my ID against me if I report this. Not even the TV works… rigs of urine etc. just disgusting

"Hotel room from hell. Run... Run... Run away...!"

The lady at security was vileru friendly and help us get checked, etc.

Firstly it started when they were late for check-in. The room was not as advertised, all Thier room views and pictures of the overlooking the city and harbour, our view was looking into half built delipidated building and to worsen the matter the housekeeper and the "maintenance" guy seemed to be having sexual relations in the room when we got there, needless to say we took our things and left immediately. I called the person who we were dealing with and he said he'd call me back immediately... 3 days later and still waiting. The booking.com rating and phoro's are a complete misrepresentation of this appalling place. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS AS A DESTINATION.

"Not worth the money! Would never recommend"

Everything…. Our room was never cleaned for the 7 nights we were there even after requesting for them to do so. The room has broken furniture… the restroom never has a fresh smell even after cleaning ourselves!! They delayed our check in on the day of arrival…They never refunded the damage deposit they requested on arrival !! They don’t bother to reply messages

The interior of the room. I think you guys should renovate the rooms they Looked hideous and floor had i weird smell weed in neighbouring rooms.

That we had a roof over our head. That's it.

Where do I begin. Just don't go here please. Scammers as well. After you have paid for your apartment they let you know that you should pay 200 rand extra. Or they don't give you the keys
