Location was perfect. Close to where we needed to be.

No communication during power outage. If they told us (via whatsapp for example) to turn the geyser back on when the power came back, then my cold shower wasn't necessary.

"No back up power"

The ladies that work there did their very best to help

No electricity because of power outage. And that happens often. And there is no back up. So there was no warm water, plugs didn't work. Paid to much for no back up.

"Good enough for a single night"

Clean with good linen. Allowed me to check in after 8 as we were at an event.

No extra pillows and coffee station was not adequately stocked for 3 people. They knew my son was coming so could have made up the sleeper couch
