Loved the property, quaint and well kept

Our place was a bit stuffy, should just be aired out before guests arrive

I checked in very late almost 2am ,the security guard was very helpful. The receptionist who woke up at that hour to assist with the check in and also arrange extra bedding for me. Smile 😃 and service excellent.

Sadly I would say the room requires ventilation when not in use ,although the room was clean it had a very damp smell like the room needed to be aired out .besides the smell it was a pleasant short stay .

Great super and breakfast. Absolutely delicious both meals. The staff are amazing too.

The rooms were clean, location great for our weekend, staff was partially helpful.

We did not have electricity for most part of our stay which was 3 days. There was a generator only for lights and they would switch of plugs and geyser as soon as we arrive. Had dead cellphone battery for most part of the stay, which was difficult as we were away form our loved ones and we were offered an option of charging at reception. We had warm water only on Thursday evening and Sunday morning. Things weren't replaced, had to ask for toilet paper and teabags of which its normally replaces whenever rooms are being cleaned in other places. There was no proper explanation for the shortage of warm water. Management did not communicate the issues in a rightful manner that would make us comfortable...

The location is great, beautiful shopping center very close by.

If they could just change their mattress, it has sounds when you move
