Kandy Lotus Chalet

Very comfortable, silence as contrast to the busy center, very clean except some ants, no mosquito. And a very nice housekeeper, who helped us with tuk tuk service and so on. Overall an almost perfect stay.

10/10 🌟 Clean, simple and beautiful. The hospitality was great. The guy who runs the place is very friendly and helpful, he even gave us a ride in his Tuk Tuk to a nearby food place to buy dinner. Everything was well-kept and clean, the room was spacious with good lighting and clean sheets, and the view from the balcony was amazing. We were made to feel at home. Nothing was amiss. It was perfect value for money. Located away from the hustle and bustle. The location is a little tricky to find but that really wasn't a problem, because the view was amazing and we could easily Uber ourselves there

-stong wifi connection -good breakfast -nice and helpful staff -able to wash our laundry which was a huge bonus -air conditioning/ humidity control

- road to access house is quite steep and rough. (Not the fault of the accomodation)

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Despite falling ill during my check-in, the caretaker 'Ravi' and manager 'Yomal' went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They provided boiled water, ginger tea, and even arranged transportation to a doctor. Although I did not have breakfast, my friend did and found it delightful. The owner's constant WhatsApp check-ins and the generous discount for my extended stay due to fever were truly heartwarming. Nestled in a serene hillside location, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat. They even accommodated my friend's use of their kitchen to prepare Indian meals. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for its exceptional hospitality and warmth.

Very nice place, with a nice view. I felt very comfortable. The people were very friendly and helpful. They made everything possible for me and showed me nice places. The house is new and very clean. Best place to sleep in Kandy.

The staff is friendly,have washing machine

The boss is rude,he just recognize money.he think no hotel other can use kitchen,actually,every hotel agree to use for free,if they have.i say want stay there more day，ask him to discount，he say i have to pay more for utensil charge.the way he do bussiness is really whatever he what.he set the rule,and custoler have to obey his rule.sorry,i pay for service not rule.i only stay one day then check out..the location is bad.when you check out,you have to wait a long time to the tuk tuk.
