Hotel New Imperial

The Hotel is value for money and the location is good. The breakfast is bare minimum but it is what was expected.

I had quite a bad experience on the first day. It was overbooked and We were relocated on the first day to a low grade hotel which was another 15 minutes drive. The following day, when we checked in, the room allocated was a double room instead of triple room as booking. We were told that these were the only one available! I think in one previous reviews, someone had a similar experience and being relocated on first day. The hotel owner was informed about this situation and same did not bother him and I have paid the full amount as per booking.

All is good but parking is risky car parking at the road side

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a really good experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they even offered a welcome drink. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and working air conditioning. The bathroom was neat, and fresh towels were provided. I didn’t face any noise or disturbance – it was peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. I especially liked the poha and fresh coffee. The location is also a big plus – everything I needed was nearby, including shops and transport. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. It was safe, clean, and perfect for a short trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I’d love to come back again.
