When I reached the hotel which I had already booked, they didn’t give me a room there giving an excuse that there is an electricity problem and took me to a different hotel on a bike carrying my luggage. This hotel was of much lesser quality than what I had booked and thy still charged me the full amount, which I had to pay because I couldn’t waste time in finding a new hotel at that time, I had a meeting to go to urgently. Then they also charged me 25% extra for a late check-out of 2 hours (leaving at noon instead of 10am) and took money for simple amenities like a water bottle and tooth paste.

The hotel location off Grand Road East offered convenient access to nearby walking amenities.

Upon arrival, we found there was no hot water in our room, and the hotel had failed to inform us beforehand. After lodging a complaint, we were relocated to another room. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel fell short of my expectations and did not meet the standard I had anticipated.
