Shower handle broken, too much noise from other occupants and staff. They get food from outside and feed us.

Although we arrived after 8PM our room was not ready, it was just being "cleaned". I never seen a hotel room this dirty. There was hair in the bed, beedsheet was torn, dust everywhere, trash bin or mirror has not been cleaned probably in years. Room also smelled a lot. Not hot water. Breakfast brought to the room at a random time, on a dirty plate and without cutlery, consisting of a cold omellete and plain toast bread. The surroundings of the hotel are terrible, dirty and garbage everywhere. From the houses opposite, you can watch people throwing garbage out of the windows into the street.
