Staff kept asking for money everytime you ordered anything from room service.

Situated in the very center of the city, reasonably close to interesting places and locations. The hotel agreed to our request to check-out 2 hours later than the official check out tike for free.

Declined to check-in at the agreed date of booking. The property owners contacted me 10 hours before the check-in time through WhatsApp and told that there is a power cut issue so I need to cancel. It turned out to be a lie - hotel just allowed overbooking. After an hour of intensive complains an alternative hotel has been offered for 1 night for the same price - way worse even than this one. That was a massive stress for us since we have been refused to check-in late in the night (around 11pm). Other notes: the room has not been cleaned even once during 4 days of our stay. There was no shampoo, the towels have been provided only after 3 reminders. TV set was dirty with stickers Omelette for breakfast was usually nearly cold, fork has not been offered.

It was „cheap“ they were flexible about room changing (which wasn‘t better)

•the bed is more of a brick were you‘ll sleep •it STINKS •the key to the room makes random noises which are like high-pitched-birds •the shower is only partially working - because the shower head is so broken •you‘ll hear ALL noises (people talking, cars honking, the elevator…)

Once we were able to check in to our actual hotel, it was alright. Location is convenient.

Once we arrived we were sent to a different hotel due to an apparent overbooking. We had informed them before of the time of arrival and they had confirmed this. The hotel they had sent us to was a far-cry from what this hotel was supposed to be. We were disgusted with everything in the hotel and tried touching anything but the bed, as it seemed that the last time it was cleaned was in the last century. I am convinced that they had sent us there to save money or something. After the first night we were able to check in to the hotel, which was better but also not great. We decided to check out two days early. After reading some other reviews now, it seems that they repeatedly do this; they send people to a crappy hotel and still have them pay full price. I would suggest you avoid this place if possible.

The only good part was they provided with complimentary free breakfast.

This is by far the worst hotel staying experience I've had. Firstly, the room doesn't match with the photos. Secondly, we only got one set of toiletries. Needed to ask at least 3 times for another towel to be made available. Thirdly, left the key in the morning to make sure housekeeping is done. Linens are changed. Returned back to the room after 7 hours to find it in the exact same condition. Not to mention the reception staff was asking if the female accompanied by me is my wife or not? (She is my wife, but why was there a question?) Where was this specific thing mentioned in the booking that I need to travel with my wife only? The room is terribly small, l've hit my hand on the ceiling fan while just stretching. This is simply unacceptable and incompetence on the hotel and booking.com part since it is listed on booking.com
