Hotel New Imperial

The hotel has an excellent location that lets you experience a trip to India, bringing you close to the culture and beauty of the country. At the same time, the price is a great deal considering the cleanliness of the room and the services provided. Most importantly, the reception and check-in process were very easy and fast. Thanks to the hotel staff.

There was no running water in the bathroom in the morning. They took 2 hours to bring a can of water, which delayed my checkout. I had to take a cold water shower before checking out. There was no drinking water or toiletries in the room. I had to go out and get them myself. Room service declined to take my order at 10 PM when it was clearly mentioned in the menu that it would be available till 12 AM. The only positives were that the Wi-Fi was good and free and the AC worked well.
