"Overall its a place which looks good but lacks facilities and maintenance."

Apartment is big, location is quite.

Bathroom smelled bad, the property says its air conditioned but actually there is only 1 AC which is in hallway. Only 1 fan, no fans in other rooms and rooms were pretty hot. They didn’t provided any soaps etc by default. Although the advertisement says free parking but you need to pay 5 eur extra.
