Building E air conditioning system is broken and dysfunctional, and the turned off Fujitsu wall mounted air conditioning units continuously leaked a moderate amount of water and spewed a horrific, possibly unhealthy moldy mildew smell as well as creating an uncomfortable amount of humidity in the condo unit and the maintenance department response was just wipe up the water on the furniture below the leakage. The portable air conditioning unit installed in living room did not cool down the condo so cooking or doing laundry created excessive heat in condo unit. Other guests in building E also confirmed they had similar broken air conditioning issues. Broken concrete with bare rebar showing on balcony felt unsafe, stained bedding, shower tile peeling and in disrepair, old outdated some what stained/broken furniture, patio door and condo windows rusted, dirty and hard to open and shut. Grilling areas on property need to be updated, several had out-of-order signs on them. Had to unscrew light bulbs in fixtures to get ceiling fans to work. The pool, pool deck and hot tub were small but proper temperatures, clean and well maintained. The landscaping, grounds on property were well taken care of and nice. Parking lot was well maintained and had good signs.

Good location, access to the coast. Magic view of the sunrise. Friendly staff. Clean room. The toilet flush needs to be fixed, sometimes the water didn’t stop running.

The furniture needs some updating, torn cushions and very worn out. The toilets had some trouble flushing. That being said, the property was beautiful, the location perfect!!!!

The rooms were clean, spacious, and overall very nice.

They charge you a deposit and refund it days later. There is also a resort fee that they charge you per day once you arrive.

Staff (Jafelynn and Chelsie) at office are rude, don’t allow you to check in even 5 mins early or 5 mins late. You get only one towel per person. Resort is old and outdated. Smells like mold and stinks inside.

Extra Holidays/ Wyndham/ Booking.com cancelled my reservations so I had no room. They were not able to find me room and initial promises of room the next day did not happen.

The staff is friendly. Room and garden are clean.
