Nice clean studio apartment with very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was reasonably equipped and we used it daily. Large grocery store across street, apt balcony overlooks the parking lot. Reasonably quiet, but you could often hear other people’s music. Enjoyed the hammock on balcony and often went upstairs to the rooftop pool. 20 minute walk to downtown.

This is a small but lovely bachelor apartment in Tulum. We rented a car and it has free secure parking just behind the property which was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The balcony was great to sit and even had a hammock. We were able to make breakfast in the morning in the kitchen. And there was plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. The rooftop was amazing.

The microwave in our unit did not work and the host didn't get back to use when we told them. It seemed like an electrical issue. There is only 1 real chair with a back for the mini dining table. Would be nice to have 2 chairs instead of a stool. Location wise it's close to the grocery store but not a lot else. It's over a 20 min walk to "downtown" Tulum and then too far to walk to the beach, so it's best if you have a scooter or a car. Or just plan to take taxis.

The studio flat was clean, good bed and bed linen, parking, close to the supermarket.

The is no reception in the building, I left home with all the information send to me printed, which wasn’t enough to find the property. Due to some technical issue my roaming didn’t work when we land in Mexico. The host send the information just a few minutes before we were supposed to check-in. It was a bit of an avoided nightmare if we have the instructions send to us in advance.

Room very nice and clean, good location, all amenities needed.

We couldn’t get good sleep for the entire stay (4 nights). Surrounding apartments are also short-time rented and there was a non-stop very loud party. Like in high school dorm. People banged at our door in the middle of the night. Avoid of you want to have a normal, docent sleep and didn’t come with brunch of friends for a party.

The staff were very welcoming The place itself was lovely and clean and the apartments are very well kitted also you are so near the bus the supermarket and the beach

I think the corridors in the apartment block are too dark they should be more welcoming and bright The swimming pool does not open until till 9 am I would have liked to go for an early morning swim at 7 am or at least 8 am
