am extremely frustrated with my recent experience at this hotel. I booked a two-night stay and requested a date change one day in advance through Booking.com, but my request was declined. I contacted the hotel’s customer service to explain my situation, yet they still refused to change the dates or issue a refund. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the hotel the following evening, there were no parking spaces available! This is completely unreasonable. We spent half an hour searching for public parking, and the nearest option was a 20-minute walk away, which was very difficult for us as two women with three large suitcases. Additionally, the area around the hotel did not feel safe. I expected better service and accommodations. I do not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, nice pool area, very clean, great value for the money.

I was very surprised I couldn’t get my refund back, very disappointed because I had booked the room less than I hour, and could no longer cancel.

Good location, pretty quiet, room was nice, comfy bed. Pool area was very nice. Only minor complaints was there was no USB charger in the room. Was shocked they didn't have this, even budget motels offer this and the Bluetooth phone key to get in the door was glitchy and wouldn't work sometimes which was a hassle oh and no parking but I knew that going in so was prepared for that.

Very clean, comfortable.

No parking - was the worst thing.
