City Center Hotel By Kasa

This hotel is in a very very sketchy part of town and there is no parking, so you have to walk down the streets, that have a lot of unsavory characters hanging around. They have a no refund policy for a reason, no one would stay there if they had a choice. Choose another Hotel

BEST staff. My mom and I visited for 10 days, and the entire staff here is so helpful, kind and hard working. They all deserve a raise, especially Jackie, Tamisha and Ray. Katie also helped us out with a late checkout, and we're so thankful for that. Everybody made our stay here memorable. The hotel is clean, and if you're into pool parties, they have those too once in a while (not every day). The pool and gym are nice. The hotel is also located in a convenient part of LB, with shops and stores within walking distance. It depends what you prefer, though, in terms of location. The hotel prioritized safety and cleanliness. The restaurant within the hotel is also convenient and great. We'd stay at this hotel again.

The decor is nice. However, the parking options are terrible— metered street parking. In addition it’s ridiculous that the only way to contact staff is through calling or messaging Sonder. And I don’t think the Marriott name should even be attached to it. It’s misleading because it’s not really a Marriott hotel and doesn’t have the same quality as a Marriott.

No parking

Parking was difficult and quite a few homeless people walking around. The access into the building is secured so I felt safe. I will stay here whenever i’m in the area.

The room was comfortable

No racks or closet to hang my clothes. Parking was horrible. I had to park 3 blocks away, and there were a lot of homeless people hanging around harassing me to give money to them. I felt this place wasn't safe to leave my car overnight.

The amenities and staff attentiveness were better than in most 5star hotels.

Lovely property, great room, excellent staff

In the middle of a lot of unhoused folks on hard drugs.
