The views and location are absolutely stunning. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very aesthetic and food portions are great and food is delicious.

The hotel and rooms are very grubby and need a really good clean, everywhere is dirty and mouldy and damp and gross. The housekeeping were terrible. I was there for 3 nights and the sheets weren’t changed once! They also barged in when I was in the toilet without knocking. The room was tiny and stuffy with no AC. There weren’t many benches around the grounds so it was difficult to just sit outside and take in the views. The room was tiny and very stuffy- no AC. I went for my birthday and let them know in advance and got no complimentary gifts/ upgrades which was disappointing. On the last day I decided to sit in the lobby and it smelt very strongly of the toilets nearby. Very disappointing and it’s clear that they need to improve the hygiene of the hotel.

Location, near the lake, beautiful, peaceful setting. Lake view room lovely.

The room was exceptional but the hot tub was only emptied and filled at check in time 3pm so hot tub wasn't ready till 7.30 at night should be ready fir check in .ruined our anniversary decided to not stay overnight as very Dissapointed .

Breakfast was very good. Location was lovely. Grounds were very nice. Staff were very good and helpful.

It was a much bigger hotel than we were expecting with accommodation in lots of separate buildings. There was little sound insulation between rooms so in our room we could hear the people next door talking and their television which kept us awake. There was no parking immediately adjacent to our room so it was a fair walk to the car park area. At breakfast there was an unsupervised child in the restaurant running about which spoilt the calm atmosphere and was a safety hazard for the child and people carrying hot food and drinks from the buffet. The evening meal was good on one night but the second day we felt it was extremely expensive for the quantity and quality of the food. Service charge was 12.5%..

Very beautiful, clean, right on the edge of the water

Initially had to switch rooms as walls were very thin (adjoining room) and could hear everything. Second room was lovely though
