The location is just off the motorway and is fine and handy. There were no signs of yellowcake uranium, an underground occultist cell or a black hole. They have a fountain in the front garden that though isn't running gave a brief reprieve mentally.

Upon arriving at the “Spacious Worcester City Centre House”, I wasn’t expecting luxury given the price, but I did expect basic cleanliness. What we discovered, however, was shocking. From the moment we stepped into the hallway, the sheer neglect of this property was undeniable. The house is not just unkempt – it is scandalously unclean and entirely unfit for rental. Cobwebs hung in the kitchen, cupboards contained rotting food, and paper towels were stained and stuck to the ceiling. Dust has accumulated to near-sedimentary levels, and the pans were coated with thick, residual layers of grease. Everything we touched or sat on raised questions we did not want answered. The bedrooms were no better. While some were marginally cleaner than others, all showed stains and unpleasant odours. Pillows and duvets smelled of sweat, and in one room a guest discovered blood-stained sheets. In another, I picked up what looked like a “hand towel” only to discover it was stained with bodily fluids – there is no polite way to say this, Booking.com: it was covered in semen. At this point the property had lost all validity as a place to stay, but as we had arrived at 11:30pm, we had little choice but to endure. Two of us refused to use the beds altogether and slept on roll mats in the living room. Thankfully, we had brought our own sleeping bags, as none of us dared to use the provided bedding. Other details reinforce the overall neglect: The back garden is borderline derelict, with a plant growing into the house from the wall. An understairs cupboard bears the words “derelict door” scrawled inside. Drawers were filled with shavings, debris, and old toiletries. All cutlery, crockery and glasses were greasy and stained. Exposed wiring, bare cables and open lightbulb sockets added to the hazards. This was not merely an unpleasant stay; it was a genuine health and safety risk. The property, in its current state, should not be listed on Booking.com or rented out to anyone.

Dirty clothes and boxer shorts left on the floor. The house needs a massive deep clean and in need of repair. Don't waste your money. Find somewhere else to stay.

Very dirty. The kitchen was tidy (cups and plates on the draining board) but not clean. Pans, etc, are all rusty and greasy. Plates, cups etc were dirty. Been wiped but not cleaned. Every surface in the house was sticky. Shower extremely dirty, hair and grease. Other people's half used toiletries. Bannister on stairs thick with dirt. Again, sticky to touch. The tv is hanging off the wall and looks like it will fall any minute. Garden is very dangerous for kids, elderly or people with disabilities. No bbq facilities like advertised. Bedding had stains over it. The pillows smelt disgusting, other peoples sweat, etc. Washing machine had damp mouldy sheets in it. The bedrooms looked lived in. Dressing gown, slippers, and random clothes. Empty cans in window sills. House not finished, not cleaned, shouldn't be allowed to rent out. Left after 1 night because it was so dirty.

Spacious, comfortable beds, great location for Worcester and local cricket club for our family event.Lots of space for car parking. Kitchen appliances good. Prompt service when contacted about lack of towels for number of people staying.

Overall cleanliness of house very poor, dishes left on drainer, tray of chips left in oven, bathroom had old toothbrushes left on sink and in shower with toothpaste on, shower was not draining adequately, no shower or floor mat, stained duvet cover on one bed, structurally unfinished house and patio outside back door. Bare wires on wall at head height by dining table. Unstable items left covered in one bedroom and wardrobes in one bedroom left in unfinished state. Needs to have another toilet and bathroom to cater for the number of people staying at the property. A welcome and general information pack was lacking.

Plenty of room. Safe parking. Close to pub with food. With a bit of work it would make an excellent place to stay.

Could use a bit of work. Perfect for what we wanted 1 night to sleep before going to a festival. But I don't think I would bring the wife and kids. Just not as clean as it could be and a few bits broken around the place.
