Lovely cottage- plenty of wood and coal for log burner which is unusual. Was worried with the off street parking but was actually very easy.

This is such a beautiful little cottage with bags of character in a great location. The addition of a welcome basket was a lovely surprise and the cottage is very well equipped, cosy and with comfortable beds.

Excellent location and interestingly quirky cottage with a history. Excellent hot water supply.and towels.

It was draughty and we had to buy lots more fuel for the woodburner to keep the heat comfortable. A curtain blocking off the stairwell would be helpful.

I enjoyed everything! The cottage was just as described and what I wanted. A beautiful location with plenty of nature to explore, good local bars, and friendly people.

If you don't drive, make sure you know the bus timetables before you go shopping, as it's impossible to get a taxi.
