We left the property after an hour because it was dirty, the toilet was leaking, the bedding and towels were stained, the room door and toilet door didn’t close, there was electrical wires hanging from holes in the ceiling and more. We were told on the phone we could cancel without a fee but now they are ignoring my messages.

"Nice and comfortable stay"

The room was very nice, with a big and comfortable bed. The owner is a really nice person and he always helped us with everything we needed, and gave us tips about our trip in Mirissa :) We really liked the rooftop, it was so nice to relax and see the ocean from there.

No hot water in the shower About 15 minutes walking distance to the main beach

Great little guest house, lovely staff, nice room, the light on our balcony was broken and they fixed it straight away which was much appreciated. Great location aswell and lovely dogs
