Hotel Bawa Regency

The breakfast was too good. Both in terms of variety & quality. The staff in the Hotel are extremely courteous, professional and ever helping.

It’s located in Dadar, which is kind of central Mumbai and is easy to approach major hot spots of Mumbai

The room was too small and we got one in the ground floor. There were noises from outside which could be easily heard inside the room. I felt the staff needs to be more active. Had to remind 2 times for getting extra bed and towels.

Everything you need at the right price. All staff were super-helpful. Breakfast ideal.

Staff, facilities were upto the mark

We extended the room for few more hrs. But they charged flexi price around 4.5k for few hrs from 12pm to 5 pm. Since my flight was at 11 pm requested until 8 pm to take some rest by theu were charging 13k which wasn't acceptable. We were on the roads since 5:30 pm and came back to pick our luggage ..

It was absolutely clean and the staff was really nice.

The locality is terrible to be honest and the room was small.

The staff are very polite, and helpful...

The only thing which I didn't like, it was not about the staff or hotel. But it's location...Dadar East one of the busiest locations...even uber..and other taxis avoid coming this side

Staff communication can be better

Closer to the station. Centrally located. Washrooms are clean.

Lobby was not air conditioned. Lift could have been better (Felt less safe). Room ventilation can be improved.
