Hotel Bawa Regency

A acomodação era bem limpa, com cara de hotel estilo ocidental mesmo.

Tivemos problemas no primeiro dia de achar 3 baratas pequenas no quarto. Porém, o problema maior foi com o restaurante do hotel, eles oferecem comidas que se não ficam prontas em 20 minutos eles não cobram, mas a nossa demorou mais do isso e tivemos que pagar igual. O problema mesmo foi que pedimos fish and chips e após comer percebemos que tinham alguns pedaços crus, algumas horas depois (no dia do nosso voo de volta) começamos a passar muito mal do estômago e diarreia, agora estamos miseráveis tendo que enfrentam mais de 17 horas de voo nesse estado.

Except for 1 staff member who did the check-in. He could have done it better.

Everything! Lovely staff, clean rooms and very convenient place to stay. Thanks to all the staff and the watchmen for making my stay comfortable and pleasant.

Staff were excellent and clean hotel

The first night we checked in for 2 rooms we were given rooms on ground floor and it's the nosiest hotel we have ever stayed it's terrible with the noise from the lift and noise from guests sitting in the passage and noise from staff and guests from the restaurant and utensils so we requested to move the following day. They moved room on the 3rd floor and on our 2nd night at 05am there cleaning staff started cleaning the room opposite our room and made such noises that we couldn't sleep and got out and told him to stop but he wouldn't and had to go down reception to complain at 05 30am and he was told to stop and come down to reception and didn't even apologise. On the 3rd night some guests opposite our room made door banging noises and talking and laughing loudly till 02am and the hotel did nothing about it. And the lift also is so noisy when opening and closing especially if your room is on ground floor. My advice to any guests don't occupy rooms on ground floor and it's the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in all my travels.
