harassment by the staff and intimidation with the checkout timing not at all friendly . even drinking water bottles are charged that too simple brand which cost 20 is charged 45 for the best reason known

Yes it is right at the heart of Mumbai. Very clean and professionally managed. Reached late still ordered some good food and joyed my stay. Also the attendant Kamal was very cheerful to note and helpful .

Clean, well presented rooms. A very nice hotel! Very helpful hotel staff and security.

In the room, you can’t control the lights using the bedside switches-that’s a first for me! So it was inconvenient and difficult trying to switch the lights on/off.
