Everything was excellent.

Better meal choices, but the food was excellent

Communicatie, orde, hygiëne en flexibiliteit van het personeel. We kwamen laat toe van de luchthaven en zijn s morgens vroeg vertrokken. Dit was geen probleem voor het personeel. Voor onze aankomst hielden ze onze vlucht in het oog en informeerden ons dat er personeel zou klaarstaan bij aankomst.

wanneer het hek van de lift sluit maakt dit veel lawaai en ook de audio in de lift is hoorbaar in de kamer. de deuren zijn niet heel geluidsdicht.

Everyone and everything 😄. I visited from the UK for 5 days. The staff were so polite and professional. Also the breakfast team were so generous, as we would take portions to our rooms for our lazy teenage kids. The local trains were actually quite useful for visiting central Mumbai. Highly recommend for location.

There was nothing to not like. Excellent location, great weather all bargain shops / tasty variety restaurants and for markets (head towards the station).Lovely typical Indian buzz about the place.

Room is nice n clean

Reception at night duty not friendly. Kitchen service not there. I order food from out but Reception said no for plate that really very sad in hospitality business

Very polite and helpful reception staff. Overall good service.
