Staff excellent and clean hotel

The nosiest hotel we have ever stayed in our life. First night gave us ground floor rooms and noise from guests and noise from lift and noise from restaurant it's terrible so we moved our room the next day. Second night early morning 05am there staff started cleaning 1 of there rooms opposite our room and was making such loud noises had to come out and tell him and he wouldn't

I stayed here for nine days on a private trip. The room was very clean and well maintained. All the staff were genuinely kind — they always greeted me with a smile whenever we passed by. Although most of the staff outside the front desk didn’t speak much English, I never had any problems communicating. Room service was delicious, and Allwyn, who worked the night shift, spoke good English. He might look a bit stern at first, but he was very friendly and gave an honest, reliable impression. The room keeper was also excellent — he cleaned and organized the room efficiently every day with a professional touch. On the morning of my checkout, he even stopped by to ask if I needed anything else, which I found very thoughtful. Even when I felt a little tired from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai, I was able to relax comfortably at this hotel.

The breakfast was too good. Both in terms of variety & quality. The staff in the Hotel are extremely courteous, professional and ever helping.

It’s located in Dadar, which is kind of central Mumbai and is easy to approach major hot spots of Mumbai

The room was too small and we got one in the ground floor. There were noises from outside which could be easily heard inside the room. I felt the staff needs to be more active. Had to remind 2 times for getting extra bed and towels.

Everything you need at the right price. All staff were super-helpful. Breakfast ideal.
