Location Internally quiet externally noise from surrounding pubs Property in my opinion flatters to deceive

*Sofas uncomfortable *sofas at right angles to TV - crick in neck to try to view *TV too high *bath on balcony a gimmick *lack of crockery - 3 of each *property could be so well equipped by spending an extra £50 *shower room odour from lack of ventilation - fan not working *arrived one hour before our check in. Thought we would leave the car in the dedicated spot and walk into town but was promptly told the cleaner was there!

The cleanliness and overall feel and comfort of the property was good,

They advertise it has a hot tub, but it is NOT a hot tub it’s a bath, and any noise from the pub or street felt like it was coming from inside the house, and some clubbing noise went on till around 2am we realise the noise issue is not really anything you can solve,
