Beautiful property, quirky decor and really well equipped with everything you could need for a stay. Spotlessly clean and such comfortable beds! Close walking distance to central York. Great communication from the owner of the property. Would definitely return again as excellent value for money.

"Excellent, would go back"

The location of this place was excellent, a short walk and we were at the old town walls, and a little further and we are into the heard of York. The place is really clean and comfortable, modern and fresh. Would stay here again next time we come to York.

The oven wasn't working when we got there, which wasn't a big deal, the hosts were unaware, but stepped up and went out of their way to apologies and sort us out. It didn't impact our stay in anyway, it was just something which went wrong, but the hosts sorted for us.
