Location’s fantastic only a short walk to town center ect stunning property absolutely beautiful….

For us there was some dog hair about the property so for us we would usually choose a non dog friendly property, also the kettle is in urgent need of descaling it was very white inside , we brought our own sugar for our hot drinks ect but the sugar in the property was rock solid maybe want to check that a bit more often as not sure how long it was sat there , although there was the bonus of a coffee machine brilliant idea . We was made aware that one of the bedside cabinets were broke and missing as couldn’t get anyone to fix it which was fine as we were made aware of this but the other side was also lose hanging slightly of the wall . Toilet roll could probs do with a couple more rolls . Apart from this overall a lovely stay

Clean. Modern. Had all the amenities needed. Good communication with the host. Milk in fridge as requested. 2 separate double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Host was quite 'pushy' especially over parking when we didn't bring a car. Advertises flexible checkin/out but wasn't. Also, view of Minster but it's a local church; Minster is within the city.

TV need tuning in living room Though not a problem you could find some channels.

We had a great stay, the property was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and wasn’t far at all to walk into the centre of York. The host was also very helpful with answering queries before we arrived. We would definitely stay again the future!

Really well presented and newly decorated. Balcony lovely. Good location.
