Spacious 3-Bed Home in York Free Parking Sleeps 5

Lovely property, very spacious with a fantastic kitchen/dining/relaxing area with a separate sitting room. Good value for the location. As mentioned in the property description & in other reviews; there is only 1 toilet/bathroom which could be possibly troublesome over a long stay but no worries for us overnight. Only the single room had a towel provided, so don't forget to bring one! Plenty of parking & close to York park & ride.

Some of the crockery had been put away unclean so we had to wash up on arrival before we could eat, but this probably reflects on the previous visitors.

Lovely touch to have emergency food and milk on arrival. Lovely place highly recommend.

It was very spacious. It had almost everything you could need in the kitchen. Couldn't find oven gloves or extra tea towels. Location was great, in a quiet street with beautiful houses. Near to amenities. Ample parking.

It was a little rough around the edges, and it needs a little tlc. We couldn't find extra chairs (there were 4 chairs). The garden was a little unkempt with a fence panel down.

The whole outside of the property is neglected and in poor condition. Locks on the kitchen door and padlocks on the gate meant no access to the garden. The property was a bit grubby and would benefit from a good clean. Curtains in main bedroom were coming away from the pole and didnt close properly. Also no local information available anywhere such as takeaways, pubs, taxis etc. I couldnt access my messages in the app to get the number for the key box and despite several attempts to contact the owner it took me over an hour and a half to get any reponse. Fortunately booking.com customer services were able to help.

The location for York City, the local pub and supermarket were great. The street is residential and quiet.

The house and garden need attention. Bring your own towels. The house could do with another toilet - the bathroom is very small for a family stay.

The house was amazing. Extremely clean and spacious. The facilties were exceptional.

I didn't not like anything!! The garden was a little overgrown and if the weather was nice I probably wouldn't of sat outside. However that is me being extremely picky.

Location was perfect.

Outside felt a bit unloved, lots of weeds everywhere.

Really comfortable and spacious in a great location and easy commute into York. fantastic garden space as well

would have been good if a small supply of tea and coffee as a welcome- but we nipped out and got our own 😀

Duvets were quite small tending to require pulling up. Guests should be advised to bring own towels. Not much to complain about really.
