Spacious 3-Bed Home in York Free Parking Sleeps 5

Spacious, nice kitchen, clean, good off road parking, location.

As previous comments have said, the property feels so unloved. It looks like someone has just moved in and hasn't done anything to complete the house. No curtains downstairs, it's just a basic. Missing light bulbs, photos frames on the walls with nothing in them, artwork with labels still left on. Only one toilet in a fairly modern house is mad. Toilet flush is broken. Garden is a mess, about 5 missing fence panels means you can just walk in to the neighbours garden. There is so much potential to this house but feels like the owners can't be bothered or don't care which is such a shame.

The property was a very nice size with plenty of space for us all and within a lovely quiet location. The house had a nice feel to it and lots of potential. The downside unfortunately was upon arrival the property had not been cleaned, the beds all left the same from the previous guests, half a drank beer can in one of the rooms, a glass of water and some rubbish on the side in a bedroom also, and the shower was left dirty, so had to strip and remake the beds ourselves and clean down the shower before use.

The place was lovely it was quiet and very clean

The only thing that we had an issues with was we had to was the cups before we could use then other than that had brilliant stay well worth it

A very modern furnished property, the location was ideal for where we needed to be.

Sofas were comfortable. Plenty of space throughout the property. Excellent location for visiting York.

We didn’t get the key box code in advance of us arriving. There were only 4 chairs for the dining room table but the house slept 5. Much of the cutlery and crockery didn’t feel clean so we washed it before using it. There wasn’t enough crockery to use the dishwasher so we had to wash up. Hooks in the bedrooms and bathroom would be useful for towels. The beds were too soft for us, other people may be fine. Only one pillow for each guest.

Liked the home. Size. Could be beautiful if properly cared for. Location good.

We had wrong pin code to start with no idea why however owner gave us correct one when called and trying after 15 minutes. It was dirty on arrival. Someone had been in the property so one bedroom had been slept in. Toast crumbs left on kitchen side bins full or used. Dirty shower. Cleaner sent to clean to remedy this. However little touches were missing lack of towels provided. Cupboards were falling off. And protectors in one of rooms were dirty. Lacked lots of care and some pictures wasnt put up and damage to cupboards as mentioned was really sad as could be beautiful as mentioned
