Spacious 3-Bed Home in York Free Parking Sleeps 5

This property has the wow factor. This beautiful 3 bed, I bath house caters for all. From the spacious driveway to the spacious garden in the back. With a huge island sink/dishwasher area, black range cooker. Great big American style fridge/freezer washing machine area. To the quiet front room to chill out. The owner has thought of every type of entertainment you could wish for. Beds are nice and comfy.

The heat was stifling. So glad we bought our own fans. There's a pub in the road if you want food you need to book as they only have 1 sitting

Beautiful house with plenty of space. It was very clean and the shower was great

The double bed was a little uncomfortable but as only staying one night wasn't much of an issue. The stairs squeak really loud so if your trying to sneak down for a glass of water then the whole house will know lol

Clean, good location, allocated parking , good space

Lack of curtain in the drawing room - affected our privacy Unable to draw the curtain fully in the main room window upstairs also affected our privacy It would have been nice to have complimentary essentials like milk, bread , butter etc for quick breakfast . It would also have been good to be provided with sufficient toileteries as there was only one shampoo and we were 5 guests

It was open plan light and plenty of room to move around with two under 2. I would definitely stay again

Spacious bedrooms and lovely size kitchen. Lovely area

Rooms too bright in the morning. No blackout curtains. Plates and cups dirty in the cupboards. No side lights or mirrors in bedrooms. Outside space unusable as no cushions for the chairs, no fences up due to next door building and also very dusty

Second time we have stayed here. It’s perfect for what we need, great location and the house was clean, tidy and cosy.
