House was warm

Communication was very bad.House was leaking called to notify them no response, sent a message no response and even after we left no response or apologies.

Very Spacious and Had Sky Tv which was a bonus.

Furniture not clean. Floor not clean. Messaged property months in advance for an early check in and never recieved a reply.

The house was great, clean and tidy. however there were some details which could have been better. internally there are some maintenance tasks to be done, probably following previous guests. the curtains in the front bedroom are hanging off, the plinth in the kitchen island. the garden could be so much more if it was weeded and tidied up a little. only minor tweaks could make this a fantastic stay. Also the placement of the key box. when we opened it the key fell out and nearly went down a pipe in the porch floor, either move the box or fill in the pipe.

There could have been some tea and coffee facilities on site. I prefer harder beds, the one in the front room is quite soft.

Lovely big house, with a very comfortable sofa, great tv with sky to watch, lovely outdoor garden, great access to the city, bus stop at bottom of the street, bus takes you straight into york in 20 mins. Also parking on the property which was fantastic, overall a lovely home in a lovely quiet area.

Ne yazıkki yataklar rahat değildi. Banyo çok küçüktü kalacak kişi sayısına göre düşünüldüğünde yeterli değildi. Havlular çok temiz değildi ve yetersizdi.

Great location for bus route into centre of York.

The kitchen needs more crockery when you have 5 people staying, 1 of everything isn’t enough. There was no tea towel so I had to go and buy one, there was a towel each however were all threadbare and again no hand towel for the bathroom so had to buy one. There were no staples like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc we stay in a lot of holiday lets/ serviced apartments and you either get a welcome box with the essentials or they are there. You couldn’t use the amazing outside space, full of weeds, grass needs cutting and no cushions on the furniture! You could also do with 2 door keys as we went out during the day separately. The carpet on the stairs was stained, I can only imagine previous guests haven’t respected the owners wishes and removed their shoes!
