El calor en la planta superior era insoportable, había un aire acondicionado portátil que hacía un ruido horrible y le costaba bajar la temperatura de la habitación y expulsaba mucha agua a zonas donde había cableado y enchufes, tiene dos tragaluces en el techo por lo cual no se puede regular la luz de dia

Excelente ubicación !!en Bairro Alto, zona muy turística y central de Lisboa, cerca del metro Baixa-Chiado, de los más céntricos!! Cerca de las zonas emblemáticas y monumentales !!

Faltaría climatizar el área de dormitorio principal..!! Por lo demás está bien!!

The host gave me the kays in hand and showed me the property. The place is pretty large for just 2 people, it has all of the requirements for a pleasant stay. The furniture looks a bit old, but the kitchen is well equipped. The place has 2 ACs that work perfectly, which is vital in such a hot city. The location is great, just a short 5-minute walk to the main Bairro Alto area (which all of the bars and many restaurants are located)

Had a couple of issues with the bathroom. Nothing to serious for a couple of days, but that could weight more in longer stays. There's a window in the ceiling of the bedroom that can't be covered, so light will enter as the sun rises. Might be an issue for some people.

Spacious apartment with an unusual layout. It has everything a small family might need — from a large refrigerator and stove to a microwave and a coffee machine. It’s just a 6‑minute walk to the Academy of Sciences, which mattered a lot to me under the blazing Lisbon sun. The waterfront is also close, about 12 minutes downhill. The loft bed is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants around for any taste and budget. Right across the street there’s a rock bar with live music.

For elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues, the steep staircase leading to the loft bedroom may be challenging. The furnishings and interior aren’t exactly new either, so those with a perfectionist streak and a very selective mindset might not find it ideal. However, in beautiful Lisbon an apartment is mostly for sleeping and taking a shower, not for spending the whole day inside — wouldn’t you agree? One more detail: the internet connection provided by the host didn’t work, so I used my own mobile instead. Not a big deal for me, but something to keep in mind. The only truly important point is that older guests should consider the staircase.
