Lanh Sapa Homestay

Staff were nice and located in a nice area.

Not really a matter of not liking the property, But, is was a little too rustic for my taste.

The hosts were great and welcoming. They greeted us at their homestay and showed us around, then made breakfast for us in the morning. The homestay is a few minutes walk from Cat Cat village and a cheap taxi ride from Sapa centre. We wanted a more rural stay with easy access to Ealing routes so this was perfect for us. We would recommend this for people looking for a more rural setting and access to nature with a welcoming host

The facilities are quite basic but this was expected from the photos and the price. We felt this quality was accurately represented in the advert.

The guy was really really kind and helpful, always smiling, always there for whatever you might need. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING The homestay is really beautiful, all wooden-made and the room was tiny but cozy, with a thermic blanket. Also a big terrace with great views. The bathrooms were outside but had everything. The relation quality-price was superb.

The room was lacking some furniture to place our stuff. The location is not as close as it says from Sapa (40 min walking) The bed as a little tough

Breakfast was nice - noodles with egg. The bed had an electric blanket which made it very comfy. The staff were super friendly and helped us book bus tickets to Hanoi. Location is near to Cat Cat village and Moana park but quite far from main town.

The room was very basic not really anywhere to put your things other than the floor and it was cold. The bathroom is a communal one in the lobby and probably too cold to shower in in Winter (we visited in January). Its a bit noisy in the early morning due to animals but can be easily fixed with some earplugs. Also I did step on a slug first thing in the morning in our room which wasn’t the most pleasant!

A really nice option if you want to stay a bit further from SaPa (which I encourage you to). The staff was truly nice and helpful, the food was excellent too. I had an amazing time, thank you again.

Stunning comfortable home and very friendly people owning it. It's a bit away from the city, but for the right reasons.
