The Zambian staff at the reception were very friendly and nice.

We could not order Chinese food in the restaurant, as the menu was in Chinese. The air-con was in Chinese - impossible to understand, and all information in the room as well. Tried to call the reception several times, but only got a Chinese voicemail. And although it was said that the rooms were no-smoking, it was ashtrays in the rooms, and a clear smell of sigarettes. We stayed two nights, but there was no housekeeping after the first night in any of the three rooms we stayed in, I was out of toilet paper (they only give you very small rolls) and actually had to go down to the reception (since I could not call) 4 times before anyone came with a new roll. I will not stay here again.

Breakfast staff were great and helpful.

Several rooms we were shown stank of cigarettes and other things. It was such a strong smell even in the corridors. People were smoking everywhere with doors open. I had to switch hotels after a day.
