Local staff was very friendly. Food off the Chinese menu was delicious. Location is accessible. Great spa experience on the premises.

The hotel did not charge the confirmed booking rate and instead insisted on using their own fixed rate on my arrival (without prior communication), which resulted in me paying significantly more money. Room designs and fixtures are outdated (bathrooms need work as toilet often did not flush). Everywhere is carpeted and looks like no one cleans them. TV channels primarily in Chinese and most notices in the room (a little translation would be good). Reaching reception from your room phone is a mission.

The facility is mainly serving Chinese menu's and western types of menu's are a compromise There was a lot of people smoking and for people like me with Asthma it was actually a challenge. The cleaners wash cups in the bathroom and don't replace coffee or tea things daily

On checking in information should be provided above room cleaning. Quite inconveniencing to be told on return to say if you want your room cleaned.
