"Disappointing"

bath tub, chinese restaurant, very friendly staff

smell (old and smoke), old carpets with dirty spots, lots of plugs for chinese, only one for zambia, everything is in chinese, but not everything is in english and in some cases very small letters gardly readable noisy

Filthy bathroom with mold and poorly maintained items such as shower. In general, poor service, poor cleaning. Tobacco smell everywhere. TV not working properly. Mosquito net on room window broken. Loud guests in the middle of the night. Room door was locking with difficulties.
