"Superb"

At the beginning we had some cigarette smell in our room, but after some windows ventilation it was gone. The room was cozy. The quality/ cost value is really god.

We had some cigarette swell before opening the windows in our room.

"Good option for Kyoto"

Really good hotel to stay in Kyoto. Great location and price-quality ratio.

Staff was not always welcoming and provided Little to no support when asked about touristy stuff and recommendation. Almost like they did not want the interaction.

"Spacious room and very comfortable beds in a great location"

The room was a good size, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was an added bonus and the location was great.

Not really an issue but a laundry would have been ideal.
